McConnell Foundation Grant Recipient
Mountain Communities Healthcare District (MCHD) is pleased to announce that they are the recipient of a grant from “The McConnell Foundation”. MCHD was awarded $160,000 for equipment and furnishings for the Trinity Community Health Clinic Expansion. We appreciate the McConnell Foundation’s decision to partner with us to improve healthcare in Trinity County.
